For maintenance or to repair your device send it via Sedex to:

With your parcel you should send the following:
- copy of the invoice (Nota Fiscal) – if the device is under warranty
- your full name and complete address
- telephone numbers
- your documents such as CPF and RG
- briefly tell us the problem of your device
- copy of Sedex’ receipt to be reimbursed if the device is under warranty
Obs.: do not send Sedex/collect. If the device is not under warranty the postage expenses will be responsibility of the customer but the returning Sedex’ fee is paid by TECHLINE.
